What will be deleted

• Your Firebase sign-in account and associated email identity.
• Meals, custom and favourite foods, water, weight, nutrition goals and meal-photo records stored for your account.
• Your daily wellbeing check-ins, including whether a day felt light, balanced or heavy.
• Your uploaded meal photos.
• Mind Balance progress, ratings and saved practices stored for your account.

Data outside our account: records held by Apple Health or Health Connect remain controlled by those services and can be managed in your device settings. If limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation, we will explain what is retained and for how long.

What happens next

Submit the email address used for your account. We will verify ownership using that address, then permanently delete the account and associated data as soon as reasonably possible. This is deletion, not temporary deactivation.

If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, deleting the account does not automatically cancel store billing; cancel the subscription in the applicable store settings.
