Presley Gerber, the eldest child of model Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died aged 27. His death was confirmed by Allie Jenkins, a representative for his parents.
The Los Angeles county medical examiner said Gerber died on Sunday 20 September at a rehabilitation facility. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
Jenkins said the family had asked for privacy during what she described as a very difficult and painful time. Gerber was the brother of model Kaia Gerber.
A career in fashion
Born in California in 1999, Gerber was signed by IMG Models at 15. He made his runway debut at Moschino’s Resort show in Los Angeles in 2016 and later worked with brands including Celine, Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana and Pepsi.
